Concept of the restaurant is to use only the freshest seasonal ingredients. Having the luxury of being only steps away from the largest local market, we are able to use only the freshest the market has to offer. All of the pasta is made on a daily basis by our team of chefs, headed by executive chef Tomislav Veseljak.
We are especially proud of our desserts, made with the finest ingredients like natural brown Billington's sugar and the finest variety of Valrhona chocolate.
